Color Wheel = color selection tool used to create harmonious color combinations. Used by artists, a color wheel simplifies the process of color selection in scrapbooking. A simple turn of the wheel identifies complementary color schemes for any scrapbook page. Use a color wheel to identify primary and secondary colors, warm and cool shades, greyscale and more. Savvy scrappers recommend it!
